2 years agoCannot login to my account, attempted to reset login. states a link has been sent to your email to reset it never does. I googled how to cancel with Cerebral found a link to email. I have done that; I have not received a reply. My credit card has been charged and I have never used the services. I just want it to stop !!

3 years agoi've had an account for less than a week, and have been trying to email and cancel for the last 6 days. the only responses i've gotten have been 1- it'll take up to 24 hours to cancel your account (spoilers! it's been over 120 [one hundred and twenty hours] hours at this point, and they havent canceled anything 2- "thank you for updating your preferences." that's it. particularly aggravating, since i havent updated anything on my end, and they just randomly send this email out.

3 years agoITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT YOU WOULD CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T CONSENT TO!!! PLEASE REFUND ASAP! I did not personally agree to upgrade my plan, yet somehow got charged 100 bucks for it. What on earth is going on?? No one is responding to my email requests... Please refund.

3 years agoHow long does it takes for them to delete your account after you filled up the cancelation form. I don't want to keep seeing my credit card hold hostage anymore. It is so predatory that I cant delete my card information from the stupid app. They already charged me enough for a very poor service. I don't want them to drag the cancelation and charge me next month.
