1 year agoI opened an account via apple (account email address kn9pzqr7sj@redacted). which you have now used as my email address for sending transfers. I want to change it an address that people will recognise and your site will not allow it!!!!! Quite rightly people are going to not open an email from such a private address. Is there a way that I can change the email address? If not please delete the account and notify me Thank you

2 years agoLadies, Gentlemen of We Tranfer About 5 months ago i used We Transfer to send a large file to a person. I see now on my bankaccount BE65 0630 1216 0296 that i am still monthly charged about 12 euro. Please cancel this monthly payment. Thank you.
