I have an iPhone and have been unable to cancel. When I select Subscriptions under my Apple ID, it does not list any subscriptions (I think Train w/ Joan is the only one I have). Please contact me directly so that I may cancel ASAP. Iโ€™ve never used the app, only looked at it briefly when I first loaded it. I joined because I was super motivated by Joan, Michelle and the gang to level up my workout and thought it would be a great supplement to my existing routine. Fortunately because I continue to be inspired by Joan and the TWW ladies, I am getting my workouts in regularly without needing a supplement so the app remains unused.

I am trying to cancel my train with Joan subscription. I went through the process with my Iphone, but I can see that my visa is still getting charged. It is not that I do not like the program, I do, but I am working with a personal trainer and it conflicts. So, when I stop training I may rejoin. But meanwhile, I need confirmation that my subscription is canceled before Dec 24 when the next payment might come out. Thanks,

2. Regardless of where you are on your journey, now you can prioritize your wellbeing with fully guided workouts, nourishing recipes, and guidance and support from me and my own coach: my daughter Michelle.

3. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

4. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off.
