I want to cancel my subscription. it's NOT EASY! They just sent you around in circles. What a scam.

I recently recieved a charge on my Visa bill for an annual prescription repeat ( 2ndyear for AMC+membership). I was completely unaware of ever subscribing . I have tried in the last two days to cancel my subscription but have not even been able to find my account ! I am a senior on a fixed income and not able to afford these charges $160 C at this point. I have called a helpline in N.Y. and the office was closed and my phone carrier charged me $15 to listen tothe electronic messaging trying to reach a human. How can I stop these charges and cancel my subscription ? Please help?

How do I cancel this crappie service. Must be a terrible company, that is afraid to lose a customer. I watch discovery +, and Netflix. People should drop AMC+.

Im trying to cancel my free trial. If you want to know why just read all the reviews above and I feel the same. Its impossible to cancel. IWANT TO CANCEL AMC+ Its hard to go to places you want to go. Its slow and will take you to another movie, one you don't want to see. Its complicated and NOT user friendly. Take it off my subscription list. I have gone through all the hoops and instructions. You were on my paypal list but can't find you to cancel. Go to amc+ website and IT says its easy to cancel ;but no matter What I do it won't let me to the cancel information. I have sent emails and have tried to cancel this subscription which I was suppose to have a free trail . I cancelled it immediately and to n avail you keep charging me. Signed up for your movies but then had to sign up for the carrier. Do you offer movies or what? Why am I required to register with another carrier? Then they require passwords and things I shouldn't have to use. Please just Unsubscribe me so I don't have to deal with this hassle any more.

*DO NOT SUBSCRIBE* Unable to access the website for AMC+. I just subscribed yesterday at the 70% promo of 1.99 for twelve months but you pay for the year in advanced. There is no support number to contact (not available anymore), I cannot get past the main screen after logging in and requests for card information to subscribe, I've already subscribed. No matter which way I access the website or app, it is the same thing. Ridiculous! I have sent an email to their support address (which wasn't easy to find) requestion for a full refund. This has been a hassle!

AMC offered a $4.99 special, so I ordered AMC+ directly from the company and receive it through Roku. I wanted to catch up on all three of the Walking Dead shows and their respective previous seasons. Unfortunately, I find that only the current season of each of the three is available. So disappointing. When they advertise all EPISODES, that does NOT mean all SEASONS.
