2 months agoI found out too late that I cannot have Lasta fitness on my laptop. So I would like my money back since I cannot use it. This has been from the beginning. I have asked Lasta Support many times but only was told recently that it is because I do not have an appropriate phone for this service, that I cannot use it on my laptop. I would like my money back and to cancel my subscription.

11 months agoThis is the worst app. It’s impossible I’d cancel trial period. No one answered the phone, I click on cancel membership and it takes me to a email site where they state they will contact me in 2-3 days?!! I’ve used the email twice with no response. It does not come up in my subscriptions list to cancel, does not allow me an option to NOT auto renew , it’s a scam and will lose it if it charges me 99$ in 3 days…

1 year agoI need you to cancel my trail period which starter 7/14/2023. I am very unsatisfied with the fact that you have already charge my account almost a $150 and I have not even been able to use this trail. so please cancel it and refund my $49.99 and my $89.00 back to my account ASAP
