Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Genie - AI Chatbot Assistant until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Genie - AI Chatbot Assistant app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Genie - AI Chatbot Assistant, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoI installed Genie on my iPhone 14 ver 16.3.1 and didn't like it. It would not allow me to move it from my main screen to another! I tried to uninstall. I held down the icon and it told me that I could remove the icon but not the app. I tried every way to remove the app to no avail.. Please advise... Mike
