1 year agoWant to make sure I've cancelled my trial subscription. Each time I try, it says I'm not a prime member and I can either cancel or update to prime. Please help.

2 years agoEpocrates charged me a full years subscription when I signed up for the 14 day free trial. This is bad enough but they charged me multiple times.
