2 years agoRef. 9169-3671-54294. I have tried to contact you to inform I need to cancel this booking due to No sheets or towels supplied. I have never come across this before. Cromwell Guesthouse 23 Cavendish Place Eastbourne. G.B. please confirm. Regards. Joseph

1. Your reward nights and/or your collected stamps will expire if you have not collected a stamp and/or redeemed a reward night using your Hotels.com® Rewards account in the previous 12 months.
2. Collect 10 stamps and you'll get 1 reward night to redeem at a Hotels.com Rewards eligible pre-pay property (as identified on site).
3. Subject to full terms and conditions Secret Prices are available to Hotels.com app users, Hotels.com Rewards members and individuals who unlock Secret Prices by subscribing to Hotels.com by email.
4. The maximum value of the reward night is the average daily rate of your ten (10) stamps collected excluding taxes and applicable fees.
