2 years agoI received notification my subs will automatically renew in 14 days. I wish to cancel this and followed the instructions provided. The steps take me as far as asking why I want to cancel then shows a "cancel membership" button which, not matter how many times you click on it, DOES NOT WORK. I have repeatedly tried to contact Lifesum and keep getting confirmations someone will contact me within 2 business day but still no one has contacted me. Appalling customer service. Will report the transaction as fraud if lifesum renews without my consent.

3 years agoI have tried to cancel my Lifesum subscription but it says it is available till July 1, 2022. I signed up for the 12 mo premium subscription @ 44.99/yr. with monthly payments of 4.99/mo. but my bank account was charged for the full year plus an an unknown charge of 4.00, for a total of $53.99. For this reason, I immediately canceled my subscription and I do not want to pay for this app until July 1, 2022! This is false advertising!!

3 years agoI have tried to cancel my Lifesum subscription but it says it is available till June 22, 2022. I do not want to pay for this app till then. I do not like it and have only been a user of it for 6 days. Please make sure my subscription is cancelled with no further charges.
