🚨 Guide to Canceling iRFR 👇

Note before cancelling:

  1. The developer of iRFR is Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. and all inquiries go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

   

🌐 Cancel directly via iRFR

  1. 🌍 Contact iRFR Support

  2. Mail iRFR requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: service@etcconnect.com
  3. Login to your iRFR account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End iRFR subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click iRFR (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on iRFR - BTS
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel iRFR on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "iRFR" or "Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc." to cancel.

About iRFR - BTS?


1. The iRFR from ETC provides a remote for any Eos family lighting system (Eos, Eos Ti, Gio, Gio @5, Ion, Element and Eos/Ion Remote Processors).

2. A tab-based system changes the displays from the full keyboard, moving light controls, direct selects, playback tools and a cue list.

3. This application requires Eos family software 2.6 or higher on the connected lighting system.

4. Security controls prevent un-authorized access to a lighting system.

5. It does not support remote patching and system configuration.
