3 years agoI have been trying to cancel my subscription on my iphone. The subscription does not come up. I called apple support and they advised me that the subscription is not through Apple. It is directly through the merchant 'Insight Timer'. I have emailed them numerous times and even tried to contact them through FB.No response. Very difficult to cancel.

3 years agoMy insight timer member plus subscription auto renewed at $59.99 1 week ago. I can find nowhere on my iPhone to cancel auto renew. I want to keep insight timer but I want to unsubscribe from the member plus. Went into my subscriptions tab on my iPhone under my name and insight timer does not show up. Have contacted insight timer within the app three times and no response.
