1 year agoZINIO and Apple are not cooperating on purchases made through iCloud. iCloud does not show any of my ZINIO subscriptions, but ZINIO claims that my subscriptions were purchased through “iTunes” (which no longer exists). Both Apple and ZINIO cannot be right. If ZINIO is the distributor of a subscription, then ZINIO should be able to cancel and refund unused issues.
