3 years agoI've been charged $59.99, even though I'm not an upgraded user. It's supposed to be free, and all they've said is that they can't see the charge because it hasn't come through on their end and their solution is to cancel my subscription. Ummm, how can it not come through on their end when my bill from Apple says it's from them??
