3 years agoYour cancellation process is obscure and exploitative. Your customer service phone number is unresponsive. The whole process is a rip-off that makes your magazine feel like a sham and a scam. I will never do business with you again and make sure I tell all my friends to avoid The Atlantic like the plague. Pissing off customers is bad business and I hope you shut down or change your ways.
