- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of DPG Media Services to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like DPG Media Services to delete all your data it holds. DPG Media Services must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that DPG Media Services deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold AD - Digitale krant until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the AD - Digitale krant app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose AD - Digitale krant, » then click "Uninstall".

2. Bepaal zelf hoe je wilt lezen: per pagina, zoals de papieren krant, of per artikel vanuit verschillende nieuwslijsten.
3. Heb je geen abonnement op het AD? Dan kun je de digitale krant aankopen via je iTunes account.
4. Ben je je inloggegevens vergeten of weet je niet hoe je moet inloggen? Kijk bij de veelgestelde vragen op ad.nl/service/faq. Of bel tijdens kantooruren met onze klantenservice via telefoonnummer 088- 0561 588.
5. Eenmaal gedownload is de krant ook zonder internetverbinding te lezen en je kunt automatisch downloaden instellen.
6. Ga daarvoor op je iPad of iPhone naar Instellingen > iTunes en App Store > klik op je Apple ID > Toon Apple ID > Beheer abonnementen.
7. De AD - Digitale krant app is de papieren krant, maar dan op je beeldscherm.
8. Je kan per dag een krant kopen of je kan kiezen voor een week- of maandabonnement.
9. Een abonnement via je iTunes account wordt standaard automatisch hernieuwd.
10. Heb je al een abonnement op het AD? Dan kun je gebruik maken van deze app door in te loggen met je AD-profiel.
11. Lees de editie van je eigen regio of kies uit alle andere edities.
12. Deze automatische hernieuwing kan tot 24 uur voor het aflopen van de abonnementsperiode worden stopgezet.
13. Blijf 24/7 op de hoogte door ad.nl te volgen op Facebook, Instagram of Twitter.
14. De app bevat alle regionale edities van vandaag en een archief vol oudere kranten.
