1 year agoAfter playing for a couple of hours, search starts spinning and will not find any songs. I have to reboot my computer resulting in losing my song queue. I've tried several times removing and reinstalling Karafun with no change. I really like the app. How can I fix this problem? Is there a phone number I can call to speak to a representative to help me resolve this issue?

3 years agoI paid for a subscription but it still says I’m using fre version. I have logged out several times..closed app etc to no avail. My pay pal was charged and shows subscription. How do I get what I’ve paid for?!
