Note before cancelling:

1. How easy is it to cancel Candle? It is Impossible to Cancel a Candle subscription.
2. The developer of Candle is Poets Road, Inc and all inquiries go to them.

🌐 Cancel directly via Candle

1. 🌍 Contact Candle Support


2. Mail Candle requesting that they cancel your account:
3. Login to your Candle account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Candle subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click Candle (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on Candle - Ultra Real Blow Out
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Candle on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "Candle" or "Poets Road, Inc" to cancel.
