We have made it super easy to delete Postcards by PostNord account and/or app.

Things to note before removing Postcards:

  1. The developer of Postcards is PostNord Group AB and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of PostNord Group AB to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like PostNord Group AB to delete all your data it holds. PostNord Group AB must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that PostNord Group AB deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Postcards by PostNord until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Postcards by PostNord app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Postcards by PostNord, » then click "Uninstall".

1. PostNord Sverige AB (Sweden Post corporate identity number 556711-5695) is the responsible publisher of the Postcards service.

2. • If you send your postcard within Sweden before 16.00 Central European Time on a weekday, the card will arrive the next weekday.

3. Post Denmark is acting as an agent for PostNord Sverige AB.

4. To addresses outside of Sweden, it will take a few days longer depending on the recipient’s country.
