I am still receiving emails saying my clinician is reviewing my logs months after uninstalling the app. It is very triggering, this app actual triggers me to binge. I would like all communications cut regarding this app. Why is there not an option in the app? It may work for others but all the constant reminders are causing literal panic attacks.I left the program with my clinician.
