Already cancelled my subscription, got a confirmation on it, now I get an email saying my subscription has been automatically renewed. How can this be? Really frustrated. This is a poor run operation. Looks like lots of other people are having the same problem. Very disappointed! I hope you can resolve this problem. Would like to hear back from you. Thanks

I cancelled this subscription in July 2021 and have a confirmation email from you saying so. I was recently charged $14.95 and am just getting the run-around in trying to do get a refund of this amount. Your sites are very difficult to navigate and it is very frustrating to not be able to actually talk with someone.

After I choose the eligible volleyball match that I want to watch, I receive a response as follows “Sorry we couldn’t find that web page” 404 not found What is going on here. I have subscribe to this service for several years without problems. I have watched some volleyball matches on this service between 9/1/2021 until 9/12/2021 but have not been able to watch anything for the past week to 10 days. I did not sign up for football but did sign up for other sports for the Minnesota school.

I attempted two nights ago to watch big ten volleyball games that had been played and was not allowed to. The format was completely different than what I was used to and was confusing to navigate. The old format allowed you to scroll clear back to august or forward to view future games days in advance. This new format is extremely confusing compounded with an abrupt, no warning change resulting in a no service situation that I had paid for. This level of service is unacceptable and does not deliver the value for the money as it currently is designed. I pray the process for cancelation is simpler than the app navigation and service. It must have been a democrat who decided and designed this mess since everything else they touch is screwed up!

Having problem with canceling my subscription to BTN Plus.....PLEASE....get me off this recurring payment!!!!

I have been charged $14.95 for the last three months +. I don't have an account with BTN. Haven't used the system. I have called five or more times to resolve the situation, however when I call 516 622 8300 or 800 288-2020 I get a message that says "mail box is full" or "an error has occurred" an the line is disconnected. There is no way to leave a message. The company indentifies itself as Endeavor Streaming on the phone. The phone numbers are off the billing on my bank statement.
