1 year agoI cancelled my quarterly subscription to the GRPress on Dec Dec 3, 2023. Was accepted with no choices of other billing options etc etc. On Dec 28, 2023 I now have a bill on my charge card. NOT ACCEPTABLE. This was CANCELLED. Now I can not figure out how to even get to a person to talk about this unaccepted bill. Pls advise me as to my next step.

2 years agoI've been trying to cancel my press subscription for 6 months and I'm tired of it. I sent notes on my remittance 6 months and 3 months ago stating delivery to my porch or I would cancel. Nothing changed. Last month I sent in my remittance with no payment and a note to cancel the subscription. This is beyond ridiculous. I want my subscription cancelled.
