My paper has not been delivered for over three weeks. I have reported it multiple times. I am told that it will be reported to the carrier. I have decided to cancel my subscription as it appears I will get no help here.

I returned from a pause delivery April 29-May 3. There was no delivery for a week ,so I notified a person online who said it would be restored. This has not happened. Since I travel often this is an ongoing problem. I have decided to cancel my nearly 20 year subsription to Florida Today. How do I make this happen. Thanks, R.C. I am unable to cancel my subscription. By phone she keeps asking what my number is. I give to her and she says that show that. It’ the number that I receive the paper on. Then I try Ellen, she sends to join for a dollar! Today knows this should be easy! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!
