Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold ThredUp: Online Thrift Store until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the ThredUp: Online Thrift Store app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose ThredUp: Online Thrift Store, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoI do not have an account and I do NOT want one but I keep getting emails from your company, when I ask how to stop all emails from you all I get is an application to open an account, ,How can I cancel what I do not have, remove me from your mail list PLEASE, this is ridiculous I have been asking for over a year now, PLEASE PLEASE STOP

3 years agoI made an order on July 5th 2021 for $21.23 black jeans and a blouse that had lines on it and then at the bottom polka dots The order had been refunded so to speak but my account checking still has the charge of 2123 on it. I also want to cancel my subscriptions and I can't follow the instructions and there's nowhere on the app to go in and cancel and plus I want to remove my information especially payment information.
