2 years agoI found the program easy to use once one is able to get that far. Forbit it if you forget or lose your master password. Good luck! I'm computer savvy and gave up. It's too complicated not only to stop but also to use, Simple at first, but that's it.

3 years agoI cannot access my dashlane account, ie; no password, I have been "removed" from my company's business account ( I am the business!), just been charged for 2 yrs(haven't used in the last 2yrs!). And I haven't kept ANYTHING on Dashlane

3 years agoIsidra Person-Lynn, here. I have been going through 'h-e double hockey sticks" after iPhone upgrade which made Dashlane think my Face recognition software had been tinkered with. No, I cannot remember the written password but had been smooth sailing using my Face Id.Now, that you no longer recognize me, I must end this love affair and stop my subscription because I cannot get into my account.
