2 years agoI am sick of the constant system updates that seems to constantly affect your website.When speaking to a human it doesn't get any better.I just wanted to change my credit card that is on file.Of course when I spoke to an agent she couldn' do anything due to system updates.She did assure me that it would be taken care of and of course it wasn't.Cancel all aspects of my subscriptions now.I am not giving a penny due to your total incompetence.As a side note,I had to do the same thing with comcast and it took 10 min.
