Cancel Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home Subscription

Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home is PBS KIDS and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check PBS KIDS's Terms of Services/Privacy policy if they support self-serve cancellation:
   • http://to.pbs.org/kids_appstore
     
3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

🌐 Cancel directly via Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home

1. 🌍 Contact Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home Support


2. Mail Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home requesting that they cancel your account:
   1. E-Mail: AndroidApp@pbs.org
3. Login to your Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "Daniel Tiger’s Play at Home" or "PBS KIDS" to cancel.
