2 years agoI signed up for the 7-day free trial by adding all my credit card information. Then on the last day of free trial, I canceled the subscription 3 hours before the day ended by going to the 'manage subscription' option on the app. Now the next day, the status on the is 'active' and i still have access to all the content on the app, so I feel like I didn't successfully cancel my 7-day free trial and they will still charge me for that.
