Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Trymata Testing until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Trymata Testing app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Trymata Testing, » then click "Uninstall".

1. During a Trymata test, you will record your screen and voice as you try to perform tasks on the target site/app, and give feedback about what you like and dislike, what's easy or difficult, and where you get frustrated or confused.

2. The Trymata app is for registered Trymata testers or guest testers to find and take paid tests of websites, apps, and other mobile products.

3. You don't have to be a UX/design expert to take Trymata tests – you just have to be willing to provide your honest thoughts and opinions as you try out the various products for testing.

4. If you don't already have a Trymata tester account, make sure to sign up on our main website! You'll use the same login credentials to access both our site and app.

5. Tests can take anywhere from 5-60 minutes to complete, but are usually in the 10-25 minute range.

6. Each available test will show an estimated duration before you choose to perform it.
