Things to note before removing AidLink:

  1. The developer of AidLink is AidLink and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like AidLink to delete all your data it holds. AidLink must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that AidLink deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold AidLink until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the AidLink app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose AidLink, » then click "Uninstall".

1. AidLink currently only tracks departments dispatched by Valley Communications Center (Valley Com), but more departments and PSAPs can be added in the future.

2. Use of AidLink is intended for supplemental information purposes only and should not be relied upon for emergency situations or as an official source of emergency response coordination.

3. AidLink offers users a realtime feed of EMS/Fire calls in South King County, WA.

4. By downloading and using the AidLink app, you understand and acknowledge that the app is not affiliated with any 911 agencies and is not intended to be a replacement for any 911 services.

5. For users with an agency-affiliated email address, they'll also be able to see the realtime locations and ETAs of their dispatched ambulances.
