  1. The developer of E-Houwiya is Agence Nationale de Certification Electronique and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Agence Nationale de Certification Electronique to delete all your data it holds. Agence Nationale de Certification Electronique must comply within 1 month.

Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold E-Houwiya until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the E-Houwiya app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose E-Houwiya, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The mobile id allows a reliable online authentication, an easy establishment of the electronic signature, the completion of administrative procedures and the retrieval of official documents online in a simple manner, 24 hours per day and without having to go to the administration.

2. The e-Houwiya application allows all Tunisians residing in Tunisia and abroad, aged 18 or over and holding a national identity card, to obtain a mobile identity and use it with ease, secure and simple way.

3. The verification codes are necessary in every online access and in every electronic signature operation carried out using the citizen's certificate and signature keys.

4. The mobile id is linked to the citizen's unique identifier and is based either on the telephone device or on the telephone number for receiving verification codes.
