3 years agoWe have been using Epic Basic through our school but now I have subscribed to Epic Unlimited. Some content is still not available, because it thinks we don’t have Unlimited access, but when I click on subscribe it verifies that I actually do have an Unlimited subscription. I have unlinked our account from school, but we still do not seem to have Unlimited access. I purchased Unlimited access from the Apple App Store. We use an iPad. Thanks for your assistance in getting the Unlimited access.
