Things to note before removing Engage Service Desk:

  1. The developer of Engage Service Desk is Inland Northwest Health Services and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Inland Northwest Health Services to delete all your data it holds. Inland Northwest Health Services must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that Inland Northwest Health Services deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Engage Service Desk until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Engage Service Desk app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Engage Service Desk, » then click "Uninstall".

5. As an INHS-Engage customer, you already know that you can call or email for the latest status on your help tickets any time, day or night.

6. This application is available to INHS-Engage Service Desk customers.

7. Maybe you don’t know how to describe that thing plugged into the PC that’s not working, just submit a picture using your iPhone’s camera.

8. We’ll even send you push notifications when your request has been completed or when we’re waiting on additional information from you.
