1 year agoMy account is under 1982gracie@redacted My old phone number was 859.699.6998 my new number is 513 406 1279 I have attempted for the last 6 months for you to cancel my subscription and you’re still billing me. I’ve emailed with an agent, I’ve tried online to cancel , yet you’re still charging me a monthly fee. I’m extremely frustrated and angry that this is made to be almost impossible to do Please advise asap
