2 years agoI had a problem with my decoder (power supply) which I reported last August 27, 2022. There have been a lot of requests made and told me that technician will come and check my problem. But until now with 7 requests nobody came. I am really disappointed. At this moment I just want to cancel my subscription because already took my 2 months' payment without seeing anything from OSN.
