2 years agoHi, I want to cancel my subscription but I didn't find it in my joox apps. Joox charge to my phone carrier service which is digi telecommunication Malaysia. 3 years agoI am being charged RM9.90 monthly suspected to an old number registered to Joox account. I can't checked the subscription status of that account because I had forgotten the password and no way I could recover the verification code via sms because the prepaid telephone number had expired. Tencent Mobility Limited is stealing RM9.90 monthly from my account and i can't find ways to cancel it.
