A few things to note and do before cancelling:
- The developer of Luminair is Synthe FX, LLC and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Synthe FX, LLC to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
- You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Subscription Costs (USD) 💰
Luminair offers two subscription plans - Luminair Standard and Luminair Pro. Both plans offer access to all iPadOS, iOS, and macOS versions under a single subscription plan. The pricing for the plans are as follows:
- Luminair Standard: Monthly subscription at $19.99 per month or annual subscription at $199.99 per year.
- Luminair Pro: Monthly subscription at $49.99 per month or annual subscription at $499.99 per year.
Both plans offer 1 to 4 DMX Universes (512-2048 Channels, depending on Subscription level), 1 Art-Net DMX Input Universe for creating Snapshot scene recordings from another lighting console, RDM Support over Art-Net (Beta), and support for wired ethernet with 3rd-party adapters. Luminair Pro offers additional features such as support for 4 Universes, Scheduling, DMX Input Triggers, iBeacons, MSC, MTC, and HomeKit Button Triggers.
How to Cancel Luminair Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the Luminair (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.
How to Cancel Luminair Subscription on Android Device:
- Open your Google Play Store app.
- Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
- Tap on Luminair (subscription you wish to cancel)
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Visit Luminair website: Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Cancel Luminair from Paypal: 💳
- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Luminair" or "Synthe FX, LLC" to cancel.

About Luminair?
1. Luminair is a professional-grade lighting control platform that gives lighting designers, filmmakers and TV professionals, musicians, artists and other enthusiasts advanced control over DMX-enabled lights, as well as "Smart" lights via Apple HomeKit.
2. Luminair 4 adds a wide range of user-requested features like multi-universe support, RDM support (beta), user interface improvements, Universal Search, support for Apple HomeKit, and so much more.
3. IMPORTANT: Luminair requires external DMX or HomeKit hardware to control lights, but can also be used in an "offline" mode for building projects and as a learning tool.

6. You will be automatically billed through Apple every 30 days for monthly subscriptions or every 365 days for yearly subscriptions until you cancel your subscription.
7. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
8. The first billing will occur after the one-time free trial period of 2 weeks.
9. Your subscription can be managed and the auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the App Store Account Settings after purchase.
10. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
11. Access Luminair Standard or Luminair Pro with monthly or annual subscriptions.
12. Access all iPadOS, iOS, and macOS versions under a single subscription plan.
