1 year agoI applied for Class Dojo to see my granddaughter's preschool class photos at my daughter's request. I set up the app. When I tried to look at the app, I could not get in. I do not have a code to access the program. I canceled the app--and now I received a charge for it. Not happy with the charge.

3 years agoFor anyone having issues with cancelling your subscription, you have to cancel it through your Google play store or App store. Go on your settings and click manage subscriptions and cancel from there. Hope that helps.

3 years agoI am trying to cancel my subscription for 2nd year it is impossible..didn’t want it this year it’s is absolutely ridiculous!! I don’t have it in apple subscriptions..please can some one email me with advise of how to cancel please!! Don’t sign up to this service beware !!
