3 years agoI do not need OptumRx and have called them MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel my account and stop sending me bills, and to remove my name from their database. I used them only once. They overcharged me for the service but I paid for it anyway. The pills arrived in a heavily damaged bottle. I owe them NOTHING but they won't leave me alone. I have an excellent local pharmacy and don't need or want OptumRx. How can I get rid of them?

3 years agoHello, I've tried several times calling 877-842-3210 to cancel our providers subscription through Optum. I was redirected to several departments without finding any help or call being hung up. Unfortunately, our doctor passed away on Feb 22 and we no longer require services through Optum. How am I able to cancel our subscription?
