Cancel Cryptomator 1 Subscription

Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of Cryptomator 1 is Skymatic GmbH and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check Skymatic GmbH's Terms of Services/Privacy policy if they support self-serve cancellation:
   • https://community.cryptomator.org
     
3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

🌐 Cancel directly via Cryptomator 1

1. 🌍 Contact Cryptomator 1 Support


2. Mail Cryptomator 1 requesting that they cancel your account:
   1. E-Mail: support@cryptomator.org
3. Login to your Cryptomator 1 account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Cryptomator 1 subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click Cryptomator 1 (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on Cryptomator 1: Legacy
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Cryptomator 1 on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "Cryptomator 1" or "Skymatic GmbH" to cancel.
