  2. Mail My Straight Talk requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: myandroidaccountST@straighttalk.com
  3. Login to your My Straight Talk account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End My Straight Talk subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click My Straight Talk (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on My Straight Talk
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

I am trying to delete an old account so i can move my current phone account to that email. the email in question is shelwashere@redacted. it has not be active for 7 or 8 years. i used an alternative email to open my current account and since i don't use that email account i'd like to switch it to the email i use. but since there are no active phones linked to the email, i can't change anything on the account. please help.

I successfully ported out of Straight Talk this morning after an hour and a half of wasted time on the phone yesterday. Now after another hour and more I find they have not released my network and I can't use my phone let alone my new service because I have no network now. Can anyone help? They refuse to connect me with tech support because I no longer have an open account. Maddening

I called your customer service to cancel my straightalk auto fill on my samsung tracfone Feb 2022 and you are still charging $45 every month to my Capital One credit card. I've tried to resolve this with you and you still keep doing it. It's been 9 months! I want my money back that you owe me...$405. I am going to take you to court if you do not refund my money, this is not right! I was a customer for 6 yrs and this is how you treat me?

My 82 year old sister-in-law in AR is being charged monthly on her bank account for an account she does not have. She has called and given telephone numbers of family members, friends of family members and there is no record. Because we have no phone, no contract, no phone number, she is continuing to be scammed. Someone has signed up through her bank account or there is a mistake on billing. Straight Talk indicates there is nothing they can do about it. They cannot trace the payment via the bank account number and absolutely indicated they will keep charging her. Do we have any recourse at all other than get a new bank account? All of her bills are paid through her account and it is a mess to go back and contact everyone.

We chose to port to Spectrum Mobile since we have their internet service. After the porting was completed, we requested StraightTalk to remove the payment information from their system. Service replied that they had removed the payment information, however, the CC info still appears under the My Account form. Also, service replied that they do not have any options to delete My Account. We have contacted our financial institution to report the card has been compromised. We have disabled all notifications and created filters for straighttalk.com

The service has been stopped because my phone is not compatible. I don't want a new phone. I have service with a new carrier, however I am still being charged for Straight Talk, every month. Long extended hold times with nonsense infomercials. Promised call backs do not.

about Dec. 1,2021,straifght talk ceased to work. I assumed my ZTE failed to work.I ordered one-the first did not notify me of delivery. the second notified me,but just prior,straight talk worked.Called straight talk,said it was their error. a little later straight talk again failed. when trying to reacctivate,was told number was wrong.I assume new order-never recieved was number. could not rectifie condition. If you cannot correct this situation,I will cance-still being charged for use.I use phone 567 301 0556 .Robert Lau.
