I didn't know that I have a subscription on Google photos. However, I saw it three days ago and I canceled it from the settings app and I thought it was canceled. Today I had a problem with my billing info and I changed the payment method. As soon as I put my card information, 7.99 SAR were taken from me by apple! How did it come that they take the subscription charge from me even though I had canceled it and it was written on your website that if we didn’t see the cancellation button it means that the subscription is definitely canceled already and It won't be renewed anymore.

I joined Google Photos by accident. Now you are charging $57.68 a month on my wife's charge card without authorization. We want this charge removed from Leona A. Farrell's credit card. I would like email confirmation that you will not make any more charges on any of our charge accounts. Please send this confirmation to ( la_farrell@redacted ) Leona and Greg Farrell

I accidentally added all my photos to goggle photos. Now my storage is full and I will be forced to spend money for extra storage. I do not want google photos. If I delete my pics it will delete them from iCloud. Please tell me how to get rid of google photos without losing all my pics. Very frustrating. I tried calling and was not able to speak to anyone. It is not right that I have to pay fir extra storage.
