1 year agoI can't seem to cancel my free trial prior to being charged a subscription (free trial expires on 1st April). Very frustrating! Please ensure my (free trial) subscription is cancelled before I am charged anything. Thank you.

2 years agoI downloaded downdog app last January on my daughter’s recommendation unaware that it is a follow on subscription. Due to numerous health problems and operations last year l have never once used the app and no longer wish to pay for something that l am not going to be using in the future,l have tried to unsubscribe in my emails but l keep getting updates from you,please unsubscribe me as from today

3 years agoUnder my iTunes there wasn’t any subscription to Downdog but I was charged a renewal fee when I did not agree to the renewal. I am hoping to get reimbursement.

3 years agoI was unaware that I was paying for a yearly subscription to this app and was charged $35 last night. I am upset that there was not an alert to remind me of a payment because I specifically went through my iPhone last month and unsubscribed to all unused apps on my phone, but this one did not show up as subscribed. I am hoping that I can get some sort of reimbursement. And perhaps it would be good practice to send out a notice or reminder of pending payment before charging people for a yearly subscription.
