  1. 🌍 Contact NissanConnect Support

  2. Mail NissanConnect requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: MyNISSAN@nissan-usa.com
  3. Login to your NissanConnect account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End NissanConnect subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click NissanConnect (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on NissanConnect® Services
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel NissanConnect on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "NissanConnect" or "Nissan North America Inc." to cancel.

I sold my Nissan almost a year ago, but I continue to get Nissan Connect texts and e-mail messages, sometimes several per day. Please cancel this service. I don't know the VIN .

I never agreed to NissanConnect SXM and want to cancel. 13.80 a month is being charged to my credit card. Name on card is Constance Filley, 37 Ridge Trail Rd. Westfield, MA 01085. I believe the service was turned on while my car was in for repairs. Please cancel the service, Thank you. Constance Filley

Trying to cancel my subscription to nissanconnect

I am a retired senior and I purchased my New 2021 Murano in August 2021. I am very pleased with the vehicle which now has around 3500 Km. I was under the impression that my Connect Services would last until the warranty expired in three years, but that apparently is not the case. I find that now there will be a minimum of a $10.00 monthly charge ( for even partial coverage) to keep the Connect Services the vehicle was bought with. I will not pay this charge and if I should live long enough, I will be shopping elsewhere for a replacement vehicle , when and if the time comes.. I am disappointed in Nissan and will not be paying the additional monthly charge just to see where my vehicle is, as it is always in my garage. After paying nearly $45000.00 for my vehicle, I am not about to pay another 10.00 or $17.00 monthly for my connect services. Sorry Nissan, but I am very disappointed. Initially you receive all the perks, until you purchase the vehicle,ie: Serius XM and connect services. After 3 months these perks disappear and it starts costing you . Once burned, Twice Shy!!


About NissanConnect® Services?


1. Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations).

2. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features.

3. The NissanConnect® Services app brings remote access, security, and convenience features from your Nissan to your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch.

4. This app requires an active subscription to NissanConnect Services, which is included with the purchase of a new, compatible Nissan vehicle.

5. Please note that feature availability varies by model, year, trim level, packaging, and options; not all equipped vehicles are able to access all features.
