3 years agoI would like to cancel my Mondly subscription and request a refund of unused payment. Paid "lifetime " sub in August 23rd (£79.99 - $105.85). Several reasons but mainly it does not suit my needs and I want to discontinue.

3 years agoPaid for Premium 1 year last November , but haven’t used for last few months. Gone on today and all Premium content is blocked ?? Just annoying pop up all the time asking me to upgrade to Premium content. Liked the language learning but have cancelled renewal for next month, because can find no way to contact company. Very disappointing

3 years agoI used the trial with the plan to cancel before I had to pay. I later found out that there wasn't an option to cancel. I've reached out to them via email several times with no response and there contact support page referenced in this article is just an error page. I honestly don't even know how this is legal. If you can help me figure out a way to fix this I'd greatly appreciate it.
