A few things to note and do before cancelling:

  1. The developer of BetterHelp is BetterHelp and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of BetterHelp to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
  4. You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

BetterHelp offers a subscription-based service for therapy sessions with licensed and trained therapists. The cost of therapy ranges from $60 to $90 per week (billed every 4 weeks) but may be higher based on your location, preferences, and therapist availability. The subscription includes unlimited text, video, and audio messaging as well as weekly live sessions. The subscription is billed and renewed every 4 weeks and includes both the use of the secured site and the therapy service itself. You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason.


     

How to Cancel BetterHelp - Therapy Subscription on iPhone or iPad:


  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the BetterHelp (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on BetterHelp - Therapy (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".

  3. Login to your account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".
  3. Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "BetterHelp - Therapy" or "BetterHelp" to cancel.

  2. Send an email to contact@betterhelp.com Click to email requesting that they delete your account.

Please delete my account. I am going on a drastically reduced income and can no longer afford it. I don’t know passwords so can’t delete it myself. Again, please delete my account. I can no longer afford it!!!
