- Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.
🌐 Cancel directly via BetterHelp
- 🌍 Contact BetterHelp Support
- Mail BetterHelp requesting that they cancel your account:
- E-Mail: contact@betterhelp.com
- Login to your BetterHelp account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
End BetterHelp subscription on iPhone/iPad:
- Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
- Click BetterHelp (subscription) » Cancel
Cancel subscription on Android:
- Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
- Click on BetterHelp - Therapy
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
💳 Cancel BetterHelp on Paypal:
- Goto Paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "BetterHelp" or "BetterHelp" to cancel.
Subscription Costs (Saved) 💰
BetterHelp offers a subscription-based service for therapy sessions with licensed and trained therapists. The cost of therapy ranges from $60 to $90 per week (billed every 4 weeks) but may be higher based on your location, preferences, and therapist availability. The subscription includes unlimited text, video, and audio messaging as well as weekly live sessions. The subscription is billed and renewed every 4 weeks and includes both the use of the secured site and the therapy service itself. You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason.

3 years agoPlease delete my account. I am going on a drastically reduced income and can no longer afford it. I don’t know passwords so can’t delete it myself. Again, please delete my account. I can no longer afford it!!!
