I have never been involved in as big a mess as trying to active my wife's iPhone with a sim card that I paid $5.00 for 3 days delivery and it took a week. I have tried for two days to active her sim, but because I did not take notice of the pin that was sent in my welcome letter, I could not receive a new one and that stopped the whole process. Thanks for a couple days fun and I'll be looking for my refund. Robert Coffman
