Note before cancelling:

- Check Trala, Inc.'s Terms of Services/Privacy policy if they support self-serve cancellation:
- Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.
🌐 Cancel directly via Trala
- 🌍 Contact Trala Support
- Mail Trala requesting that they cancel your account:
- E-Mail: support@trala.com
- Login to your Trala account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
End Trala subscription on iPhone/iPad:
- Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
- Click Trala (subscription) » Cancel
Cancel subscription on Android:
- Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
- Click on Trala: Learn Violin
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
💳 Cancel Trala on Paypal:
- Goto Paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "Trala" or "Trala, Inc." to cancel.
Subscription Costs (Saved) 💰
- App + 1 violin lesson / month: USD $9.99 first month and then USD $44.99 for every month after
- App + 2 violin lessons / month: USD $24.99 first month and then USD $79.99 for every month after
- App + 4 violin lessons / month: USD $44.99 first month and then USD $139.99 for every month after
- App + 4 double length violin lessons/month: USD $69.99 first month and then USD $279.99 for every month after
The subscription is auto-renewing, and payment will be charged at the time of purchase and will auto-renew until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe via the Account Settings page at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid paying for the next cycle. You will be charged the full subscription amount up to 24 hrs before the renewal date. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Unused lessons roll over to the next month for 1 year. Scheduled lessons are honored even if lessons subscription is canceled. Lessons can be canceled up to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled time.
