1 year agoI am trying to delete my subscription and it does not show “cancel” for me to do so. I followed the direction to access the subscription but it is t there. Please cancel my subscription. I do not use it.

4 years agoI opened this application and provided my payment method with the FULL understanding that IF I did not like the app, I could close it and end my membership immediately. I cannot seem to accomplish that, and I cannot reach you via phone. I do not particularly want to go through the trouble of seeking legal advice. I JUST want to stop my membership (all of an hour maybe) NOW. Please send me an email to kesm@redacted and tell me how I can end this nightmare choice to try your app and then not be able to stop or end it. Otherwise, i will have to seek other help to resolve. I hope you and yours are well during this tough time. I really didn't need this kind of hassle.
