  1. 🌍 Contact Spectrum Support

  2. Mail Spectrum requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: SpectrumApp@charter.com
  3. Login to your Spectrum account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Spectrum subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click Spectrum (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on Spectrum Mobile Account
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

I am disappointed in spectrum mobile service I have had turned on Internet in October For the ACP government program there was a cancelation on September 3rd due to being in the hospital and almost dying. I have been back-and-forth to the hospitals so I had turned on the Internet in a September 3rd and canceled 2 weeks later I also was trying to cancel the tablet with the mobile service and they said it was too late for me to cancel cancel it has been sent To where I live alreddie so fedex Kane and it was only supposed to be my signature to receive the tablet that was in the Box I was to not sign and give right back to fedex I was told several several times that I'm sure ma'am Don't worry all you have to do is get it back I said I afraid that somebody else might find it ma'am guarantee you have to meet you so in that time I went to the hospital and I counseled the service's both services and I was trying to cancel from having a tablet and somebody downstairs the caregiver in the lobby where the fedex guy was signed Without knowing that I was supposed to sign your fedex guide you I was it was supposed to come to me to my room in that situation I was in the hospital and was unable to sign so they never shouldn't have left it here and it hadn't somebody signed for it and send it back as they said they send it back one of the employees downstairs This is unethical and I am completely angry at how mobile mobile phone service has been charging my cousin's re occurring checking account Withdraws Over $70 a month since October September is when I canceled and was not honored find out somebody got my phone number and my I count and started to use the ACP government plan I had counseled 2 weeks later and someone has the tablet and there was return to spectrum mobile I've been being charged from my cousin's account reaccuring moneys a monthly bill that I never received Which is not my bill $70 re occurring fees on that 1st tablet Spectrum mobile was screaming at me saying that I'm responsible for other persons to sign for the tablet that is the gifts the law Portuguese had anyone signed from fedex fedex is the responsible person's not myself I was told it was returned but probably that person kept it because there's real current money's been on my cousin's checking account and through my phone number 3238735849 and I also talked to a manager's screaming and yelling at me and telling me I was alive And that I'm unresponsible for tablet paying $8 a month and 2999 a month on the other tablet we're 1st of all they've been reduced me occurring charges without even sending me a bill I hadn't know it I had no idea until just recently money's were being reaccurred from that 1st tablet so whoever has it for spectrum mobile Charged without any bill coming to me and I am counseling that is a cancelation I was told last week that I need to pay 2999 and I need to pay $30 here and I need to pay the $8 a month to pay back the tablet that I never received Fedex is responsible to who they gave the tablet to I am not paying the $8 a month I am not finally something against the caregiver I mean finally against the fedex and I need to find the tracking number through fedex the mobile spectrum could do the same to find the tracking number They do probably had it going by the tracking number I don't have a tracking number whatsoever fedex wood and also I am being charged with occurring charges at October with the the mobile pad that's so wrong and I am not paying for the tablet you're gonna charge me 833 a month And suspend the service while having seen the service be suspended right away when I talked to somebody last week they said they were gonna try to help me and charge me $8 for a hundre and 49A year and a 1/2 contract.he was trying to he.p.me and suspend service but right after I spoke to an agent 3/5/23.right about 2 days I spo,e to an agent said suspended the first tablet mobile service.and did not ho or mobile spectrum was not keep ther promise and charges from either that first tablet is bei g used on my. Cousin c checking UT there's no way of fi di g the acct used on the first tablet.i just k ow charges are bei g. Ade still after I spoke to an agenit need to be taken off the account i was unaware from sep 3,22.when i was hospitalized my door was not .oc,ed.so probaly got the service inter net 9ass word and made a aact.and is still taking place.need to can el.fraud is being taken place e and I am not the responsible one.i thi k when I called for a 24.99 deal a monthbut unsure.i never recieved a bill.o ly my cousins acct..I need spe Trump oble to find this Drxktha k u.and e.ieve u will have fedex be resposi le.for having so one else but me to sign.if not honered.i will have to a,e po.ice report for whoever er was working the day fedex gave to a other person to sign.j called to. Cancel the mobile service.no worries.theyll come to u and don't sign give to fedex..I'm not going to have me charged and recurring service om cousin's acct.im canceling this services ompletely.

my phone i had it about 1 year so now it want charge light dont come on i believe it went dead and i want to cancel my account

Have a spectrum mobile plan for phones 731 487-0007 and 731 487-0008. Would like to change back to new cheaper plan of $29.95 monthly starting today. Have not been able to log on or contact anyone for help in doing this.

My father Charles Giddens / Spectrum Mobile customer (334)530-3540 is deceased and all of his credit cards are now closed out. As the executor of his estate I simply want to terminate his service and finalize payment. I am told there is a final balance of $81. The only manner of payment available to the estate is a checking account. I am requesting a final bill and assistance.
