  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Bug and Bee, LLC to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Bug and Bee, LLC to delete all your data it holds. Bug and Bee, LLC must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Bug and Bee, LLC deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold notOK® until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the notOK® app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose notOK®, » then click "Uninstall".

1. We'll notify your trusted contacts that they've been selected as your support group, so when the time comes and you need to reach out, you'll just have to open the app and press the large, red notOK® button.

2. notOK App® is a free digital panic button to get you immediate support via text, phone call, or GPS location when you’re struggling to reach out.

4. When you need to reach out for help, simply open the app and tap the large, red notOK Button.

6. The notOK App® takes the guesswork out of asking for help when you're feeling vulnerable.

7. Update your support crew when you're feeling better by pressing the green button.
